Does it work outside the US?
No. It's made for US outlets: a US plug and 100–130V. Don't use it on 220–240V power, even with a plug adapter. We only ship to US addresses.
Do I need an ironing board?
No. Press on a folded towel, your bed or any padded flat surface that can take some heat. Don't press straight onto a bare table or anything that could mark.
Does it steam?
Yes. Fill the small water tank for steam, or leave the water out for a dry press.
How long does it take to heat up?
About 20 seconds, according to the maker (it's printed on the box).
Is it good for a big pile of ironing?
It's made for one or two shirts at a time: collars, cuffs and quick touch-ups. For a stack of bedsheets, a full-size iron and board will be quicker.
How long does delivery take?
