Quick fixes

  • Where's my order?

    Paste the tracking number from your shipping email on the Track order page. No email? Check spam, then email us your order number.

  • Refunds

    Within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo of the iron and your order number for a full refund. No need to send it back.

  • Faulty or damaged

    Send us a photo of the problem. We'll replace it or refund you, your choice.

  • It spits water

    Usually the tank is too full, or the iron isn't hot yet. Pour a little water out and let it heat up longer.

  • Outside the US?

    It's a 120V US-plug iron. Don't use it on 220–240V power, even with an adapter.

Where is my order?

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Paste it on the Track order page to see where it is. Once it ships, delivery takes 5–9 business days. Tracking can take a few days to show movement. Nothing after that? Email us your order number and we'll chase it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

How do refunds work?

Within 30 days of delivery, email hello@lisvelle.com with your order number and a photo of the iron. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. No need to send it back. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

It arrived damaged or doesn't work.

Sorry about that. Send us a photo (or a short video) of the problem and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice. You don't need to send it back.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. It's a 120V US-plug iron, so we only ship to US addresses.

How do I use it?

Fill the tank with the water cup (don't overfill it), plug it in and let it heat up. Lay the clothes on a folded towel or your bed and glide over the creases. For a dry press, skip the water. Unplug it after use, empty the tank and let it cool. The manual in the box has the details for your iron.

Is it safe?

Use it like any iron: hot surfaces and steam can burn, so never iron clothes while someone is wearing them, keep it away from children, and unplug it when you're done. It's for US 120V outlets only.
