Overview

This website is operated by Lisvelle ("we", "us", "our"), a business name of Nathan Warwick Beddoes, a sole trader registered in Australia (ABN 40 829 538 549). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian's permission. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

The product

The Lisvelle Mini Steam Iron is an electrical appliance for US 100–130V outlets. Read the manual in the box and follow the safety instructions on our site before you use it. Don't use it on 220–240V power, even with a plug adapter. It isn't a toy: keep it away from children.

Product information

Specifications on our site come from the manufacturer's spec sheet. Lifestyle photos are digitally staged with the product's real design, and colors can look slightly different on different screens. If something isn't as described, our refund policy covers you.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to US addresses. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Lisvelle or are used with permission.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party fulfilment partner. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
